- SACS on-site peer review: March 14 - April 29, 2005
- Review by Commission on Colleges: December 2-4, 2005
SACS Quality Enhancement Plan Timeline:
- Appoint QEP Committee and hold organizational meeting.
- Review SACS guidelines for development of QEP.
- Establish criteria for selection fo QEP theme.
- Identify possible QEP themes.
- Survey faculty, staff, students, administrators, and other stakeholders on possible QEP themes.
- Determine QEP theme.
- Obtain input from faculty, staff, students, administrators, and other stakeholders on implementation of QEP theme.
- Collect information on initiatives at other institutions related to QEP theme.
- Develop implementation plan, including goals, student learning outcomes, resources and assessment.
- Determine QEP theme.
- Draft QEP document.
- Make QEP draft available for review by faculty, staff, students, administrators, and other stakeholders.
- Finalize QEP for submission to SACS.
- Submit QEP to SACS.
- Host site visit by External Review Committee - March 21-23, 2005.
