Texas Tech University is in compliance with Comprehensive Standard 3.2.3.

The Texas Tech University Board of Regents has a general policy regarding ethics in the Board of Regents Rules, Section 03.01  (http://www.depts.ttu.edu/oppol/). The Texas Tech University System ethics policy includes conflict of interest. Section 01.02, page 12 specifies that this ethics policy applies to Board of Regents members.

Texas Tech University has a separate ethics policy that applies to faculty and staff. This policy is in the Texas Tech University Operating Policy and Procedure Manual as a pdf file (http://www.depts.ttu.edu/opmanual/OP10.11.pdf).
